Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Booking Consultations are FREE, just fill out the "Contact us " form at the bottom of the page and a team member will reach out to get you scheduled. All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Sessions are available in 8-week packages or single sessions (based on availability). Once booked, those times are reserved just for you. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! We ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are forfeited. 💳 Payments & Packages All packages must be paid in full before your first session. Sessions must be used within 8 weeks of your start date. ❤️ Commitment & Results We’re here to support your transformation, but your consistency is key. Nutrition support is included in all plans. ⚖️ Refund Policy All sales are final. Exceptions for emergencies/injuries are at Spirit & Truth’s discretion. 💬 Communication We value transparency and open communication. Let us know if anything changes so we can adjust and serve you best.
